12月20日，第三届威海工匠表彰大会在东山宾馆举行。受表彰的50名“威海工匠”中，光威户外高档轮数控车间陈伟华赫然在列，喜获荣誉。

“威海工匠”评选表彰活动从2017年开始，以贯彻落实党的十九大精神，培育和弘扬工匠精神，激励广大职工以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，增强新时代工人阶级的自豪感和使命感，奋力建功新旧动能转换和“精致城市•幸福威海”的建设。这也是我公司第三次有员工获此殊荣。

陈伟华，2004年进入高档轮从事数控加工工作。工作中的他，精益求精、勤奋努力，致力于数控加工程序的完善、生产效率的提升。在陈伟华的眼中，精度的要求是以0.01毫米为单位进行改进的。

众所周知，渔线轮因其加工工艺复杂、零部件繁多，对设备和人员都提出了很高的素质要求。为了实现这0.01毫米的精度，陈伟华总是不厌其烦、一遍遍的对机床进行微调、论证，因为他知道，这0.01毫米不仅仅是数字，更是对品质的苛求。也因此，无论多难的机床调校，他总能实现装配合格率达到100%。

在表彰大会现场，主持人对陈伟华进行采访时，陈伟华坦言：十五年的光威工作生涯，让他养成了胆大心细的工作习惯，看似简单的0.01毫米，他用光威人独有的耐心、坚韧和钻研精神，不断挑战自我。在他的参与下，不仅很好的解决了铁屑缠绕的技术难题，更使单机效率提高了30%以上，人均生产效率提高100%。
