青年是公司发展的主力军，青年是公司未来繁荣壮大的有生力量，为迎接2019年度入职大学生，12月18日下午4时，在集团公司党员活动室，展开了一场别开生面的见面会。

集团公司总经理、光威户外董事长邓向阳，光威户外总经理苏屹，副总经理迟伟杰、张新明、张利军等公司高层领导，与34名来自光威户外各个岗位的2019年度入职大学生进行了座谈交流，大家共聚一堂，话理想，展未来，气氛融洽而热烈。

首先，集团公司总经理兼光威户外董事长邓向阳发表了开宗明义的主旨讲话。

他对新生力量的注入表示了欢迎，并以从基层做起的高管团队为例，展示了光威广阔的发展空间，同时对入职大学生提出了几点希望：希望大学生们可以沉下心来，踏实工作，为实现自身的人生目标积累知识，打好基础。

随后，光威户外总经理苏屹在讲话中，提出了企业文化的概念和对文化认同的重要性，并围绕入职大学生踏出象牙塔到职场的角色转变，发表了自己的见解。更提出了两个思考方向：怎样融入这个集体；如何自我成就。引发了在场大学生们的思考。

光威户外副总经理张新明、张利军激励大家要有年轻人的蓬勃朝气，鼓励大家在各自的工作岗位上好学好问，踏实沉稳，与公司共同成长。更从父亲的角度对大家提出了殷殷期盼，让在场的所有人倍感关怀。

之后，公司行政管理部部长刁晓燕为大家就光威户外的人才梯队建设思路进行了宣贯。光威户外作为中国钓具行业的领军企业，重视人才梯队的培养，重视人才的加入和发展。青苗，青禾，青鸟，领航四个逐渐递进的层次，对新生力量进行多维度的培养计划，坚定了大家信心的同时，也对大家在光威这个平台上的发展给了一些适用的建议。

见面会结束之后，当日下午5时30分，公司在林海酒店举行了一场新生力量与管理干部的交流宴会。
